New Online Store Launched

We’re so excited to have launched our brand new online store today – with all your favourites for purchase as DVD and Blu-ray.

We’ve made it easier for you to find what you’re looking for, with a section dedicated to Australian, Cult, Beyond Genres, Horror, Ozploitation, and Sunburnt Screen collections.

You may have noticed a few changes going on at Umbrella Entertainment. This is all part of our extensive celebrations for turning 20 years old later this year (we know, we can’t believe it either). We thought what better way to celebrate than to reward our supporters, who are with us on this journey.

The online store has some new amazing features, including:

• For every Australian parcel, we will have tracking and orders over $50 will have free shipping;
• You can checkout as a ‘Guest’;
• You can make purchases in US dollars;
• You can access ongoing promotions;
• And, we ship internationally!

Managing Director Jeff Harrision started Umbrella Entertainment in 2001 and had a few words he wanted to add;

“We have loved bringing you local classics from Jennifer Kent’s Babadook to international award winners like Thomas Vinterberg’s Another Round! Home-grown docs like Backtrack Boys, all the way to the North Macedonian mountains of Honeyland. We are continuing to restore an eclectic collection of Classic Australian films for our Beyond Genres, Ozploitation, and Sunburnt Screen selection.”

We appreciate everyone who has been part of our journey in one way or another. It’s been a magical 20 years and with many more decades to come. We will celebrate with you later this year with multiple exciting events and news on the horizon.
